Idle Proxy Value

20

The Idle Proxy nodes (available for both integers and strings) are safety and longevity tools. They output a standard value while the game is in the "Running" state but switch to a safe value idle when the game is stopped or in maintenance.

When to use this node: * Hardware Protection: Essential for electromagnetic locks (maglocks). You can set the value to 1 (locked) during gameplay but ensure it outputs 0 (unlocked/no power) when the game is idle to prevent the magnets from overheating. * Dashboard Management: Switching UI labels or status indicators to a "Standby" message automatically when the session ends.

Pro Tip: Always use an Idle Proxy for any hardware that consumes significant power or generates heat to extend the lifespan of your components.
